Shipping Time

We will ship every order within 2~3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Addresses

QueenJade can not be held liable for any errors in delivery due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged shipments

QueenJade is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once the package is handed over to USPS, we will not be held liable for any undelivered or lost packages. Any disputes regarding such issues must be directly taken up with USPS.

Damage and Issues

We offer a 48-hour grace period upon delivery, so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work towards a suitable solution.
